We are extremely proud of our staff team who have many years of childcare experience them.  They have all undergone checks on their background from OFSTED and the Criminal Records Bureau.  The training of our staff is a high priority at Educare and we invest heavily in training each year.

Educare Elite Assessment Centre
Educare has a qualified and dedicated training team.  This team is registered with CACHE, which is the leading specialist awarding body, dedicated to designing and offering qualifications for those working with children and young people.
Being registered with CACHE allows our staff to train towards, and gain, recognised childcare qualifications.  Having the specialized training team allows us to ensure every member of staff has their own individual training plan which takes into account their individual needs and previous knowledge and experience.
