Compliments & Complaints

The education and care of every child that attends Educare For Early Years are very important to us and we welcome any feedback on our service.

Compliments are always greatly received, we know that this is done mostly on the day directly to staff but if you feel that someone really deserved a pat on the back or there is part of our service you really feel needs praising then please use the form below to let us know. Alternatively, we have our yearly questionnaire for parents where we greatly appreciate any positive feedback.

We hope that complaints about provision will be rare, however, if there should be a concern then firstly we ask you speak to your Nursery Manager. At Educare we pride ourselves on having a Manager available to parents at any time of the working day, face to face or over the phone. They are there to deal with issues as they arise so please bring them up, we want to fix things as soon as possible for you! Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
