Are you over 25 and want to work in childcare but have no qualifications? Have you got a Level 2 or 3 qualification but want to move your career to the next level?
Qualifications we can provide:
- CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (England)
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
- CACHE Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner
- CACHE Level 5 Leadership and Management (Advanced Practitioner Pathway)
- CACHE Level 5 Leadership and Management (Nursery Management Pathway)
- CACHE Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
At Educare we have the ability to provide FREE Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 Qualifications for the right candidate. Qualifications will be delivered by our training team and you will be earning while you learn. You will also gain valuable experience working in one of our high-quality nurseries, you will have a great support network of staff who have followed the same route as yourself, as well as assessors who make personal visits to mentor and advise you along the way. Many of our Senior Practitioners have done their qualifications with us at Educare.
At Educare we can provide under 25-year-olds with the opportunity to gain their Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Qualifications while working. This means you can be earning a living and gaining a qualification at the same time. You will also gain valuable experience working in one of our high-quality nurseries, you will have a great support network of staff who have followed the same route as yourself, as well as assessors who make personal visits to mentor and advise you along the way.
