“Isabel loves nursery and is making excellent progress. I find all the staff friendly and approachable and I am always made to feel valued. My husband and I go to work happy and secure in the knowledge that Isabel is receiving first class care”.
Parents of Isabel, aged 2
I honestly can’t believe how wonderful the Bury team have been! He absolutely loves nursery to pieces and it’s like a home away from home! The staff are all lovely and nothing is ever too much to ask from them.
Facebook review October 2017
From the moment I stepped through the door I knew this was the right place to start my sons education. The team are fantastic, committed and have everything under control. My son has developed in every sense and most importantly he’s happy and content.

To be eligible your child needs to meet the age criteria and income criteria to get the funded hours. If you are already claiming Tax Free Childcare for an older child or your current child then you will automatically qualify for the funded hours as its the same income eligibility criteria. If you aren’t using Tax Free Childcare currently then you can apply for both - this saves you an additional 20% (up to £2000 a year) off any remaining nursery fees above your funded hours.
If you are on Universal Credit, childcare vouchers or salary sacrifice you may still be able claim the funded hours but you wont be able to use Tax Free Childcare.
If you already have an account for a previous child log in here and add a sibling from the main menu (you may need to reconfirm your circumstances if you have let it expire first) https://www.gov.uk/sign-in-childcare-account
Once you have registered for an account you will get a code sent to the secure messages section on this account either immediately or 31 days before you return to work. So those eligible in September will get their codes April -August.
If you want more information and to check what you might be entitled to there’s also the Childcare Choices website. You can fill in the questions and it will tell you what you should be eligible for and direct you on where to apply https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
* Consumables charges and wrap around care charges may apply depending on attendance and availability- please speak to the Nursery Manager for more information
*This is based on 1140 hours annually as part of an increase on the current working parent scheme. There are also currently existing schemes for some 2 year olds and all 3 year olds (check childcare choices for more information on these)
